Happy New Year

Happy New Year everyone!
We woke up to another wet and windy day. This has been our winter with just the odd day in between with some frost.
My card says it all! It is still autumn and I just hope winter is not going to end up in March like last year.
This weather has cost us a some misery at work with power failures. Luckily we are running on a generator now.
You would think in a country where it always rains a lot, they could deal with the rain and wind.... No, they can't, but they are very good at finding excuses, that is one thing for sure. Just pay your bill and the service provider will provide you a service? No thanks to Southern Electric and the monopoly market of the UK! Bleh.

Goodmorning, The stormy winds and rain from last night have eased off. It truly is autumn now. The weather has inspired the card I made for the CPS challenge.

Supplies: white card from Royal & Langnickel, yellow cardstock from DCWV Neutrals, patterned paper from Basic Grey Mellow, Copics, Spellbinders Nestabilities, Tonic Distresser, Ranger distress ink in Shabby Shutters and Dried Marigold, flowers from Marianne Design, brad from Basic Grey, chipboard heart from American Crafts, green metallic paint from DecoArt, ribbon from stash, eyelets fom MakingMemories.

A combination card

Hi,

I made a card using my Cricut for the shapes and flowers and also did some stamping with this lovely teddybear stamp from Ladybug. I also tucked a little tag behind the image that can be used as a bookmark.

The paper is from Basic Grey Sultry, the pastel pink checkered paper is from Sizzix Pastels pad, the image is stamped in Adirondack Latte and colored with Whispers. I added some highlights with Anita's 3-D clear gloss. The stick-on buttons are from Paperchase and the fibers are from Avec!

The sentiment and little flowers are from Hero Arts Thinking of you Messages and stamped in Aloe Vera VersaMagic Dew Drop.
