Count your blessings not your problems

I am back from a wonderful holiday in Florida and have survived an annual quality audit at work. Hopefully I will find time and energy again to make some cards.
Here is one I made already:

Embellishments: AC ribbon, Anita's half pearls, 3D foam, Martha Stewart punch.

Live well, laugh often, love much.

This is very good motto to have in life.

Inside the card is an element tag from the same paper series with a sentiment stamp by Kaisercraft.

Twisted easel card: blue for you

Today I have another card with a different design; a twisted easel card.

Stamps: Making Memories flower stamp blue Doodlebug glitter and flock.

Paper: American Crafts cardstock Winter collection.
Punch: Martha Stewart.

Embellishments: embossing folder, Dymo label with sentiment, seambinding coloured with Copics, blue button.

The card measures 5.5 x 5.5 inch and folds flat.

Dream is all I can do for now. Eight more working days until our departure and I am counting.

Live life to the full

Aaah! Finally June and I am counting down the days to our holiday.
We are flying to Florida and I can't wait to go. There is so much that I would love to do, but especially to enjoy the hot weather and being outside in the daylight.
During work, I am stuck in this sick office with no daylight or window - whoever setup the business, didn't give much thought into the welfare of staff - but what can I say, bare and grin.
Here is my card which is overdue and has been waiting for a while to be posted.

Just a quick post to share another card.

Lovely Basic Grey paper matches with the colouring of these cute stamps.

Cork letters and some pretty button brads; minor details add a bit more interest.

Wow, where have I been? Blogging is becoming more and more difficult for me.
I am not sure I want to stop blogging, but having no time to posts my crafty creations is also not good.
It is not that I haven't been making anything, I just don't get the time to open my laptop and upload and post.

Paper: American Crafts Dear Lizzy Neapolitan  pre-scored card from the same collection and matching ribbon from the set. I made the bow with my new bow maker. My DH made this out of metal so it is really heavy. I will take some pictures to show on my next post.

Cricut hearts decorate the inside of the card with some added Stickles for the bling factor.

Miss you

Snow and more cold weather are holding us in their grip. With just about everyone craving some warmth and sunshine, there is time to stay in and make some cards.

Thinking of you

March is running away from me at a speed I cannot keep up with. If you thought I had disappeared, well I am still here. I have been crafting, but just have had no time to take pictures and upload.
I have made 7 cards already which are waiting nicely on top of printer.

A final kick to winter

I have had enough of it; the dark, dreary and drab days of winter and colds. So the kick of the residues of these final winter days, here is my final winter card.
It is similar to one I have made earlier, but not the same.

Stamps: the cat's pajamas, Magnolia, Hero Arts.

 Dies: Spellbinders, Magnolia Doohickeys.

Paper: American Crafts Crate Paper with the Paper Heart collection, American Crafts card in vanilla and blue, Joy Crafts kraft card.

February: Valentine month

Magnolia stamps are so versatile and can be used for more than one occasion.
I have another Valentine card with Tilda holding heart. She is coloured in Distress inks so that the colours match the Designer paper by American Crafts Crate Paper. This Paper heart collection is fast becoming my favorite paper.

Flower: Prima white flowers, Glimmer Mist, pearl stamen and plastic pearl.
