I am finally back online after several days without any internet. Many phone calls and whatsnots later,... I can finally post another card of mine.
My friend got married on the 25th of May and this is the card I made specially for the newly weds.
An exquisite border die by Heartfelt Creations. If I could redo the card, I would have woven the ribbon through the die. I love the sparkling ribbon slide, just the right card to use it on.
The labels are coloured with pencils to match the main image. K&Co wedding papers.
Prima flowers, who needs more, but I did. I added Fruitpunch Stickles to the edge of the flower petals to get more sparkle. Some Melissa Frances pearls in ivory and pink.
The inside of the card with more K&Co wedding papers.
Frame made with Heartfelt Creations die by Spellbinders fits around the oval. The sentiment is from a wedding set by Hero Arts.
I used Tim Holz Distress inks in vintage rose and spun sugar to stencil the frame and oval.
A shiny little trail, oh so pretty.
Faber Castell Polychromos pencils with Stickles and Ranger Pearls in Bisque.

Tilda with egg basket
Finally, I did it again, ...another Magnolia card. I don't get much crafty time lately and this one has been lying around for a while waiting to be finished.
I love my new stamp from Magnolia, it matches with other stamps I have from the collection. It has a rural feel to it and matches with my other Tildas holding baskets and flowers.
Lovely Webster's Pages papers used on the front of the card. The red and white dot and green gingham papers are from Lidl. Green silk Petaloo flowers used as leaves and Prima flowers sprayed and painted with Glimmer Mist and Glimmer Glaze. Sunflower and red roses from John Lewis.
Adorable little Tilda is coloured with Faber Castel pencils. These are very easy to use and are very blendable.
I used a sentiment from the paper collection and cut it out with a Magnolia tag die.
Another view of the completed card.

Bridal shower favour boxes
I made 16 favour boxes for the bridal shower using Tag, Bags, Boxes and more. The DCWV paperstack Mariposa was my go to paper selection again. I hope they never discontinue this range, it has the prettiest papers with glitter and gold foil.
Heart shaped closure on the top of the boxes.
I saved the cut out umbrellas from the invitations and glued them on the boxes with a thank you sticker.
A simple design, but very pretty because of the papers. Each box had little gifts e.g. lip gloss, soap, bath roses, etc.
Thanks for visiting, hope you like my little craft projects.

This is the wreath I made to decorate the table.

Punched glitter cardstock centres.

Gentle baby card
My colleague had her second baby, a little boy Aaron at the end of April.
I made this little card for her. It is not completely my own idea, I saw it in a book and changed it slightly.
It is easy to make if you have the Cricut and the Plantin Schoolbook and Graphically Speaking cartridges.
The background paper is from K&Co Wedding papers, blue and cream cardstock from American Crafts.
Stardust glitter is used to cover the little stars with a Melissa Francis pearl in the middle.
Cream satin ribbon from Paperchase, tied in a pretty bow. The inside is also covered with designer paper and has a stamped sentiment by Papertrey that reads; welcome baby.

Table centre piece preview
Just a quick preview on another item I am making for the bridal shower.
It's a table centre piece.
The flowers are made from tissue paper, but I am also using crepe paper. I will decorate a styro foam circle. More details to follow in a later post. I used a punch and Spellbinders dies to cut different types of circles for the flowers.

Bridal shower invitation
I have been busy, busy, busy lately. I am making preparations for a bridal shower.
The party is going to take place next Sunday the 6th, so I can finally post the pictures of the invitations.
Made with the Sweethearts cartridge and my Cricut.
The cardstock is from DCWV Mariposa collection.
Simple but effective as I have kept the umbrella cut out to make different items for the shower.

Thank you card
Enjoying my Sunday afternoon at home, recharging the batteries ready for another busy week.
I have made a Magnolia card combined with some Cricut cuts. The colours are very much spring time with light blue and yellow.
I recycled an old Cricut card that I had made when I just received my Cricut. I had used the Storybook cartridge.

Oh Happy Day
A happy weekend to you,
Hope you have time to enjoy the day. It is raining so that is a good excuse to stay indoors and craft. I have another spring theme card to share with you today.
I used another card from the Wild Card cartridge. I used American Crafts Tropical cardstock. The image is from Lili of the Valley, I like the funny bunny on his pogo stick. The flowers are from the Plantin Schoolbook cartridge, cut with their shadow image and layered. I used Making Memories brads to affix them to the card.
The paper is from the Lemonade collection by Basic Grey and the stickers too. I used a Martha Stewart border punch to create the scalloped edge.

Serenity
Hello,
I have an unusual card to share, that is for myself I mean.
I saw this video from Becca Feeken where she makes these frugal embellishment flowers with buttons. I have tried them before, but never really used them. So I thought it was time to get out my hot glue gun and make a button flower. I used Papertrey buttons that I won a while ago from Andrea.
Simple, but beautiful in its own right with just a stamped sentiment from TCP Studio. All other items are made with Spellbinder dies.
The inside of the card is covered with the same paper from making Memories.

Sweet Easter Greetings
Hi,
A Blessed Easter to everyone.
I have 2 cards to show you today with images from Lili of the Valley.
The flower is made with circle dies from Spellbinders and some cotton fabric assembled with a Doodlebug brad. I love these brads, they are so soft. the sentiment stickers are also from Basic Grey.
All the images were coloured with Faber Castell Polychromos pencils. I just love them, they are so nice to work with, very easy to blend.

I have cut the card basis with the Cricut. Unfortunately my Gypsy died and I had no way to adjust the settings like I normally do. I am very disappointed with the lifespan of the Gypsy. 2 years is all I got out of it and it doesn't look good based on the comments left on the Cricut community. The leaf is from the same cartridge Wild Card.
The inside is also decorated with the same paper from the Lemonade collection by Basic Grey.
