Celebrate

Another card with an Elisabeth Bell image.

I coloured with Caran d'Ache watercolour pencils, but adjusted the colour to fit with the K&Co paper.

I made a larger card this time and used a cut from the Damask Decor with the little tea-cup and tea-pot.

A close-up of the detailed cut with added Stickles. The sentiment is by Hero Arts.

 The inside is also decorated with the DP from K&Co paper Que Sera Sera.
